Quick & Easy Chicken Cacciatore

What You Need

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
4 cups Italian-style frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
1-2/3 cups pasta sauce
1 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Make It

COOK chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. on each side. Add vegetables; cover. Cook 5 min.

STIR in pasta sauce. Simmer 5 min. on medium heat or until chicken is cooked through (170ºF).

TOP with cheese.

How to Thaw Frozen Vegetables
To quickly thaw frozen vegetables, place vegetables in colander and run under hot tap water for a few minutes. Drain well.
