Spaghetti a la PHILLY

What You Need

225 g spaghetti, uncooked
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
2-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, cubed
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Make It

COOK spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, brown meat in large skillet. Stir in sauce and cream cheese spread; cook on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until sauce is well blended and heated through, stirring frequently.

DRAIN spaghetti. Add to sauce; mix lightly. Place on platter; top with Parmesan.

Cook 1 cup each chopped bell peppers and onions with the meat.

Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil or parsley before serving.
Special Extra
Thaw and drain 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach. Add to browned meat with spaghetti sauce and cream cheese.
